The primary target market for these homes is (a) middle-income local workers in Summit, Eagle, and Lake counties that do not need to live at the base of the lifts, (b) other workers from anywhere whose jobs are not location-constrained, (c) retirees, and (d) second homeowners. A secondary target market is renters/buyers needing low-income assistance. Using several cost-saving techniques, including a location where land values have not been driven sky-high because of the affluent second-home market, the Gateway Village development team believes it can deliver this housing to the marketplace at prices significantly below the current market-rate.
By completing this application, you will both (a) guide the development team on the right mix of housing types and (b) place you in the queue for housing in Gateway Village. There is no cost to complete this application and no requirement to rent/buy a home. Below is a menu on the expected housing options planned for Gateway Village. The apartments are for rent and the townhomes are for sale. A future phase of Gateway Village will offer single family custom homes. To complete this application, please put an “x” beside the desired housing. If you would like to be considered for both an apartment and a townhome, please check both.
The floor plans for the apartments and the prototype layout for the community are linked on this page. Townhome floor plans will be available soon.
Here are the expected housing offerings. Please show preference by placing an “x” beside the preferred choice(s):
